Hi IKEA experts, I'm very eager to buy the MORABO sofa (in gray fabric, linked at the end of the message) but I'm not sure of its quality and comfort levels. I can't go try it in person and I was wondering if anyone has had it. Any info about your experience with this sofa would be much appreciated; anything at all! Thanks and stay safe out there!

I went to Ikea yesterday and was SHOCKED how firm the Finnala was. It was nearly instant back pain (I do have a bad back) whereas the Kivik was very nice. The staff advised me that the Finnala was very similar to the Vimle, which was also very firm, but less so, probably due to the number of butts vs the Finnala which is new.

IKEA keeps indicating to me that I don't deliver to my zip code. When I called them, I was told that they didn't deliver to my zip code. I had two deliveries in the previous days. The customer service rep maintained that they don't deliver to my zip code even as I was looking at the boxes delivered the day before.
